STAR Award - Tracy Duignan

posted in News

“Stars are not only in the sky because stars are in your everyday life.” – Byron Pulsifer

Earlier this month, KELTON® celebrated the delivery of the third STAR award. This quarter, the prize was awarded to Tracy Duignan, who has not only excelled in her day-to-day work, but has also gone above and beyond what is required, clearly demonstrating four of our core values:

  • Excellence
  • Integrity
  • Commitment
  • Agility

In particular, the award recognises Tracy’s efforts in gaining KELTON® the Investors in People Silver Accreditation (find out more in our dedicated blog piece here). “When we started working on the IIP Gen6 we had gone into it hoping to get an accreditation. With the work that we put into it we were delighted to straight away receive the Silver Award, which has given us a huge boost and incentive to try for Gold over the next two years”, says Tracy.

Managing Director Iain Pirie presented Tracy with the award at the end of the quarterly Team Brief with most colleagues present, reinforcing the importance KELTON® places on recognising - and celebrating - outstanding efforts and contributions. “I was delighted to receive the award. It was a lovely feeling to have the work that was put into getting the accreditation recognised.”

Tracy joined KELTON® in 1996 as a WP Operator and Receptionist. Since then, she got promoted to Sales Administrator in 2004, a role she still performs today in addition to her new post of Executive Assistant. When asked to describe her experience of working for KELTON® in one word, Tracy chose “Interesting”. She continues: “But in a good way. Every day brings new challenges, but I enjoy the work, my colleagues, and have always got on well with our Clients.”

We would like to thank and congratulate Tracy once again for her outstanding efforts, as well as her colleagues who took the time for recognising and nominating excellent behaviours in the company.
