KELTONTM provide both remote and site support, as required to enable the identification of real problem areas and define the changes to the software or configuration, so that the user is up and running as quick as possible. A support package is offered with all software including:

  • Provision of maintenance revisions without charge
  • Telephone support during normal hours
  • Email support via a dedicated email –
