PRESENTATION

The course is presented using Kelton’s successful interactive software package (KITS®.net) which is modular allowing the content to be varied to suit the audience.

Each module concludes with a Question and Answer session ensuring delegate understanding.

Each delegate will receive a personal copy of the presented modules on CD for future use.

DURATION/TIMING

3 days.

0900 to 1700 daily with one hour for lunch

Price does not include VAT, local and/or withholding tax which will be charged at relevant rate at date of invoice if applicable.

PAYMENT/CANCELLATION

Payment must be received before the course date.

Cancellations or amendments must be confirmed in writing.  If you cannot attend, a substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge.

If your cancellation is received two weeks prior to the course date, you will receive a full refund less £100.00 per delegate administration charge.
