Key Features

  • Predictive techniques with total reliability
  • Performance monitoring you can trust
  • Reduces proving validation time
  • Automatic proving
  • Analysis database
  • Calculate sensitivity to changing process conditions
  • Prediction function included

A comprehensive filter/sort facility to view proves. The operator can search and trend data for almost any conceivable combination of process variables, including date and time.

Meter and K-factor prediction. Meter factors and K-factors can be predicted, using a minimum of any three process variables.

Sensitivities definition. The sensitivities of the factor to process conditions can be defined to help set realistic re-prove alarm limits.

Built-in comprehensive reporting facility. Instant access to the status and condition of your systems.

K-TRAC®.net monitors the day-to-day performance of pulse generating flow meters when calibrated online using a meter proving system. Users enter all relevant process data and produce long-term control charts and/or performance curves. Even if there’s insufficient data, K-TRAC®.net uses process modelling techniques to predict the meter factor, or meter K-factor, based on the current operating conditions. It’s a system designed to give you complete control of your flow metering processes.

Turning complex tasks into simple procedures

KELTON®.net engineers recognise that client needs may vary. You can set K-TRAC®.net up to suit your own systems. For each product you can configure the type of validation, units of measurement and high and low process limits.
You can determine the criteria for the performance curve and the control chart. You can also record the manufacturer, make and model of the installed meter and track its status at all times.

The system’s comprehensive analysis tools allow you to use many different techniques to validate and approve meters. And all these functions are accessible through its clearly explained, menu-driven user interface. On-screen prompts lead you through easy to follow steps to complete the selected task. Data entry for prove validation is simple and you can choose to validate against performance curve, control chart or both, then display and print the results with their supporting data.

Of course, you can be confident that the experience and expertise of KELTON® engineers will be at your disposal to provide support and training.
